Principles of Customer Data Processing by UAB “Katino Namai” (Privacy Policy)
These customer data processing principles are established in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Laws and regulate the conditions under which UAB “Katino Namai” (hereinafter – “Katino Namai”) processes data from its online store (website: www.katinonamai.lt) and its customers (hereinafter – “Clients”) (hereinafter – “Terms”).
Katino Namai processes a Client’s data if the Client has registered and is purchasing products through the Katino Namai online store.
Katino Namai also processes a Client’s personal data if the Client expresses a desire to become a Katino Namai customer.
These Terms have been created because we are committed to protecting our clients’ privacy. They provide an overview of our practices regarding the processing of client data, including:

Definitions
UAB “Katino Namai” – the company operating the online store at www.katinonamai.lt
Personal Data – any information relating to a natural person, i.e., the Client.
Client Data – any information that Katino Namai obtains about a Client while they visit the Katino Namai online store.
Client – a natural or legal person who purchases or has purchased products sold in the Katino Namai online store.
Processing of Client Data – any action performed with Client data, including use, collection, storage, modification, reading, transfer, granting access, deletion, destruction, and other related activities.
Katino Namai collects and processes only the following data related to purchases of Katino Namai products, services provided, and client relationships:
When a Client registers as a regular customer, Katino Namai collects the Client’s contact information: first name, last name, delivery address, phone number, and email address.
When purchasing through the online store, Katino Namai also collects the IP address and cookie information: as with many other websites, Katino Namai stores your IP address and uses standard technology called cookies. To provide quality services and manage relationships with clients. Client data is processed to:
Fulfill contracts with the Client (e.g., product purchases).
Send marketing materials, offers, or other communications with the Client’s consent, and update Client data at the Client’s request.
Protect the legitimate interests of both the Client and Katino Namai, review the quality of services, and provide evidence of actions related to product sales and services (e.g., using written electronic records).
Offer additional services to the Client, conduct market analysis and statistics. For this purpose, Katino Namai may offer services from its partners, including personalized offers based on the Client’s consent or to provide the best service for the Client.
Conduct Client surveys, perform market analysis, compile statistics, and organize promotions, based on the legitimate interests of Katino Namai to improve or develop new services, the online store, or based on the Client’s consent.
Ensure proper service delivery.
Improve technical systems, IT solutions, and the online store interface for different devices, including testing and maintenance, based on the legitimate interests of Katino Namai.

Profile analysis is a process of processing personal data in which the Client’s interests, place of residence, personal preferences (e.g., pet-related products), and other relevant information are analyzed. Profile analysis is used to send marketing offers tailored to the Client.
Katino Namai has the right to conduct such analysis if there is a legitimate interest, in compliance with legal obligations, in the context of a contract, or with the Client’s consent. Profile analysis has no legal consequences for the Client. The purpose of this analysis is to offer the Client the most relevant services, including products of interest.
Katino Namai may also process Client data to enhance the usability of online services, for example, by displaying shopping history, personalized offers, and other customized features in the online store. Additionally, Katino Namai may collect statistical data about the Client’s purchases and analyze other data, such as place of residence, age, and related information.
Client data may be shared with authorities that are legally entitled to access such data, such as law enforcement agencies and supervisory authorities, including the Consumer Protection Service.

Deletion cannot be requested if the personal data is processed on other legal grounds, such as for the performance of a contract or compliance with a legal obligation.
To receive their personal data that they have provided and that is being processed based on consent or contract, either in written or electronic form, or, if technically feasible, to transfer their data to another service provider (right to data portability).
To receive information on whether Katino Namai processes their personal data and to access that data.
To object to the processing of their personal data if the processing is based on the legitimate interests of Katino Namai, for example, profile analysis to offer products tailored to the Client.
To file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (www.ada.lt) regarding personal data processing if the Client believes their data is being processed unlawfully or in violation of applicable law.
To exercise any of the above rights, please submit a request using the contact details provided below. It is important to include a copy or photo of an identity document with your request. This ensures that we can verify you are the data subject and that your request is legitimate.
The Katino Namai website implements necessary measures to protect the integrity, accuracy, and privacy of personal data collected on the site.
