Delivery Terms

Products purchased from Katinonamai.lt are delivered via Omniva to the parcel locker of your choice.

• If the shipment in Lithuania value is €70 or more, delivery is free of charge. For Latvia and Estonia – shipment is always €5.
• If the shipment value is less than €70, delivery for a single order within Lithuania will cost €5.

Please note that if you choose payment by bank transfer, your order will be shipped only after the funds have been received in our account.

If a customer provides incorrect delivery information (recipient name, surname, address, postal code, or contact phone number), the delivery time may change.
If any delivery details need to be updated, please inform us as soon as possible via email at brigita@katinonamai.lt or by calling +370 610 48826.

If you order more than one item, they may be delivered separately, as they could be shipped from different warehouses.

When receiving a shipment, please check the condition of the package carefully. If you notice any damage, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Once the shipment is accepted, it is considered to have been delivered without damage.
