Return Policy

Katinonamai.lt Products purchased in our store may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please inform us about any product exchange or return by email brigita@katinonamai.lt. In your email, please include the order number, a list of the items to be returned, the reason for the return, your preferred return date, and the bank account number to which you would like the refund to be issued. In the case of a product exchange, please also specify the item you would like to receive. After receiving your email, we will contact you within 1 business day.

If the reason for the return is poor product quality, we commit to either replacing the defective item with a properly functioning one at our expense or refunding the full purchase price.

You have the right to return or exchange products if:

• The item being returned or exchanged has not been opened by you (opening the package for inspection purposes is allowed and is not considered damage).
• The item has not been used and retains its original appearance and packaging. (This does not apply to returns of defective or poor-quality products.)
• You are dissatisfied with the expiry date of the received product. (If more than 6 months remain until the product’s expiration date, the item is considered high-quality and suitable for use. In cases of particularly short shelf life, this will be clearly indicated in the product description on the online store.)
• The packaging of the product you received has been damaged or lost its original appearance during transportation. (You may refuse the package upon delivery by noting the reason on the delivery receipt.)
• If you are dissatisfied with the shape, size, color, model, or completeness of the purchased product, you may exchange it for a similar item with different dimensions, shape, color, model, or components. If a suitable replacement product is not available, you may return the item and receive a full refund.

High-quality electronic devices cannot be exchanged or returned.

Products can be returned via Omniva courier service. The refund for returned products will be issued via bank transfer to the account you provide in your written request, within 5 business days.
